Vendors are invited to sleep onsite with their merchandise Friday night.  Vendors may remain set up through the show but are asked to take down after.

Vendor's Fees

$45 per 8x5 foot space. We have 8' tables available at no extra charge upon request. If you have questions about the space please feel free to email us.

All applications and payments must be received through regular mail (or email and paypal.com) before they will be accepted.  If your registration and fee has not been recieved by April 25, 2008 your space may be given to another vendor. Vending fees pay for Friday & Saturday.  There is no one day rate!  Vending space is limited, please reserve your space early!!!!

GENERAL INFORMATION

Event Location - Scenic Helena Montana.  4-H Community Center - 2605 York RD. (refer to site location page for directions).  There is space for campers or trailers, although there are no hook-ups.

Set-up - Vendors may set up Friday evening between 4:00 and 6:30, in time for the hafla at 7:00 PM.  Vendors MUST be finished packing up Saturday evening after the show.  

Please let us know if you would like to be set up next to a specific vendor.  Spaces will be premarked.
